He advises national and international clients, financial institutions, companies and investment funds mainly in banking and finance, acquisition finance, project and real estate finance and leveraged finance transactions as well as bond issuance transactions.
Ugo is part of the Banking and Finance team and prior to joining the firm, worked in leading international and national law firms where he also gained considerable experience in financing and bond transactions pertaining to energy and renewables.
