Osborne Clarke advises an Akno group company on a €77 million loan

Unicredit, as mandated lead arranger and original lender, has granted financing totalling approximately €77 million granted to Benako Project 2, a company forming part of the Akno group, a leader in the implementation and management of industrial and logistics projects globally.

The financing is intended to support the costs of designing, building and developing a new logistics complex in the municipality of Fiorenzuola D'Arda (PC).

Osborne Clarke advised the Akno group with a team led by Andrea Pinto, with associate Ugo Marchionne for the legal aspects of the financing. The tax aspects of the transaction were handled by partner Claudio Grisanti.
