Published on 3rd August 2026

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Long Harbour, the real estate investment manager and leader in operational real estate, on a 5‑year £160 million financing arranged by NatWest secured against two completed build‑to‑rent (BTR) assets in London, The Eades and Riverstone Heights.

This transaction underscores Osborne Clarke’s deep expertise across the living sector and showcases the firm’s ability to deploy a multi‑disciplinary team – combining debt finance, real estate, construction and tax expertise – to support institutional investors on structured real estate debt matters.

This financing illustrates the depth of capital support for high‑quality build‑to‑rent assets with a strong management proposition. We were delighted to be able to support Long Harbour in delivering this transaction, which further reinforces Osborne Clarke’s position as a go‑to adviser on complex structured real estate finance matters.
