Osborne Clarke advises Banco BPM S.p.A. on the financing for Sirio San Marco S.r.l.’s residential development in Cittadella

Osborne Clarke advised Banco BPM S.p.A., acting as lending bank, agent bank and custodian bank, in connection with a medium- to long-term mortgage loan granted to Sirio San Marco S.r.l. to support the company’s financial requirements in relation to the construction of a residential development in the municipality of Cittadella.

Osborne Clarke advised the bank with a team led by partner Giorgio Telarico and comprising Simone Monesi, Benedetta Mussini, Roberto Salis, Giovanna Costa and Leonardo Lenzi for public law and due diligence matters, and Giorgio Telarico, Ugo Marchionne and Vincenzo De Caprio for banking matters.
