Osborne Clarke advised BCC Banca Iccrea, the parent company of the BCC Iccrea Group, in its capacity as agent bank and lending bank, Banca d’Alba, BCC Alpi Marittime, and BCC Veneta as lending banks, in connection with a pool financing granted to Cooperativa Sociale Quadrifoglio S.C. to support the company’s financial needs in the context of a complex strategic corporate acquisition in the social welfare services sector in which the company operates.

Osborne Clarke advised the pool of lending banks on administrative, banking, and financial law matters, particularly with regard to administrative, regulatory, and real estate due diligence, as well as the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the loan agreement and related financial and security documentation, with a team led by partners Giorgio Lezzi, Head of Public Law & Infrastructure, and Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, assisted by associate Ugo Marchionne on all matters pertaining to the loan agreement and related financial documentation, and by senior associate Roberto Salis, associate Elena Ottonello, as well as junior associate Giovanna Costa and trainee Giulia Perselli on the due diligence aspects.
