Jon is the head of Osborne Clarke’s telecoms practice and has over 20 years of experience working in the telecoms sector. He advises clients on all aspects of telecommunications and internet related law and issues. Jon is a regular speaker and writer on telecoms and IT issues including speaking regularly at the Westminster eForum on mobile telecommunications issues.
The Legal 500 has described Jon as having “‘an excellent understanding of law and regulation and a clear, practical understanding of the technology’ and as being “commercial and a proven deliverer of results”. Jon is ranked by Chambers for telecoms. Chambers says that “the “exceptional” Jon Fell is particularly expert on regulatory and transactional IT and telecoms matters, and advises on large, complex managed network agreements and procurement’s. Jon is a trustee of the Codesandciphers Heritage Trust which runs the National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park.
