Charlotte Petrasch advises and represents international and domestic clients in the field of intellectual property and competition law. 

She focuses on trademark and unfair competition out-of-court representation as well as in-court litigation including proceedings before trademark offices on national and EU level.

Charlotte studied law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and laid special focus on intellectual property law from an early stage. Following her studies in Germany, she acquired an LL.M. degree at Trinity College Dublin in the field of intellectual property and information technology law.

During her legal clerkship, she focused her legal practice further on intellectual property law by working in two renowned national law firms by i. a. gaining special experience in the field of intellectual property and IT law within venture capital transactions. In addition, Charlotte has special expertise in the area of media law that she obtained through working at a German media regulatory authority as part of her legal clerkship.
