Osborne Clarke advises Shareholder of Hans Peter Esser GmbH on sale to GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G. Stemple GmbH

Osborne Clarke has provided legal advice to the sellers on the sale of Hans Peter Esser GmbH to GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G. Stemple GmbH, a company of the corpuls Group.

Hans Peter Esser GmbH, based in Kürten (North Rhine-Westphalia), has been a sales and service partner of corpuls in the medical devices sector for more than four decades and serves customers throughout Germany from its location. With the takeover of all employees and integration into the corpuls Group, the long-standing partnership will be continued.

By combining their activities under the umbrella of the corpuls Group, Hans Peter Esser GmbH and corpuls aim to realise synergies in sales, service and organisation, integrate processes more closely and exploit growth potential in the German market even more effectively.

The management of Hans Peter Esser GmbH will, together with the corpuls Group, shape the company’s next phase of development. The objective is to combine close, long-established customer relationships and high service quality with the resources and innovative strength of corpuls, thereby further expanding the range of services for existing and new customers.

Osborne Clarke provided the sellers with comprehensive corporate law advice in connection with the transaction, including contract negotiations up to signing and legal support through to closing.
