

Christoph Boeminghaus advises companies on all commercial law matters with a special focus on distribution and distribution competition law as well as the management of judicial processes.
His focus is the fashion and textile industry and branded automotive dealers. He advises them in particular on negotiating and monitoring contracts and on designing appropriate distribution systems for new markets.
He is experienced in enforcing claims or defending against claims under distribution law in court.
Brand organisations and large commercial groups from the automotive industry rely upon his many years of extensive industry expertise. Christoph studied in Passau and Düsseldorf. He joined Osborne Clarke in 2008.
