Victor Robertz advises on corporate law with a focus on Venture Capital and M&A transactions. He also advises founders and start-ups throughout the entire life cycle of the company especially on corporate structural measures.

He advises companies as well as investors on all matters of corporate law primarily in the technology sector. 

Victor studied law in Wiesbaden and Shanghai. After completing his legal studies, he obtained a Master of Science in Management (MSc) from EBS University (Oestrich-Winkel). Victor joined Osborne Clarke in 2022 after finishing his legal traineeship, during which he was working for a major German law firm.
