Rebecca Ungerechts advises banks, financial institutions, payment service providers and companies on banking, payment and capital markets law.

She focuses on advising in the area of payment transactions and banking as well as payment supervisory law.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2019, she worked for several years for medium-sized law firms, focussing on advising and litigation for a financing institution. She also worked as an in-house lawyer at an international insurance company.

Rebecca studied law in Cologne and was admitted to the bar in 2012. She has been a specialist lawyer in banking and capital market law since 2018 and a specialist lawyer in insurance law since 2019. In addition, she worked for several years as a specialist mentor in the training of lawyers for the bachelor of laws programme.
