Osborne Clarke has advised Warburg Pincus on its primary and secondary investment in a Series C2 financing round of McMakler.

According to his own statement, McMakler intends to use the capital to concentrate on expanding the proprietary technology and digital tools in the next growth phase in order to guarantee a more transparent and faster marketing process for customers. The company is also planning to further expand the more than two dozen McMakler locations in Germany and abroad.

McMakler is a company based in Germany, Austria and France as an active full-service real estate service provider. The company employs more than 300 own real estate agents in over 20 locations and almost 300 employees at the headquarters in Berlin. McMakler is one of the best known real estate agencies in Germany and the fastest growing hybrid broker in Germany.
