Kamissa Kruse advises both national and international clients on individual and collective employment law. Her expertise covers the drafting of employee contracts, restructurings, and questions of co-determination.

Kamissa studied law in Dusseldorf and Jaén (Spain). During her studies she completed the study program Anglo-American Law and completed an internship in a law firm in Barcelona (Spain). During her legal traineeship, she worked, inter alia, at an international law firm, as well as at a Federal Ministry, with a focus on employment law. Karmissa has also worked as a research assistant at international law firms. Kamissa joined Osborne Clarke in 2019 advising global corporations and start-ups.
