Osborne Clarke has advised VR Ventures on its investment in CURE Finance as part of the financing round. In addition to VR Ventures, N26 investor Ilavska Vuillermoz and unnamed family offices from Switzerland and Austria as well as several doctors and dentists invested.

CURE Finance sees itself as a neobank for doctors and dentists. The product is to be launched in a few months, initially with an analysis platform for the income and expenditure of their practices and later with a comprehensive financial product with a bank account. The capital from the funding will now finance the product development and launch phase.

The team advising VR Ventures, led by Maximilian Vocke and Robin Eyben (Corporate/VC), consisted of Dana Alpar and Robert Marx (both Corporate/VC), Dr Hans-Christian Woger and Benjamin Schaum (IP/IT) and Dr Robert Rentsch and Kamissa Kruse (Labour Law).
