Karin Sültrop advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. A particular focus of her advice is in the area of co-determination and litigation.

Karin especially advices Indian, US, as well as German clients. Her range of advice includes the drafting, implementation and termination of employment contracts as well as managing director service contracts. In doing so, she advises both in cases where there is no co-determination and in cases where co-determination by the works council is mandatory. She represents her clients in and out of court.

Karin studied law in Cologne. Already during her studies she specialized in labour law. This included, among others, working in the Industrial Relations department of a leading global consumer goods manufacturer. Karin already worked for Osborne Clarke in the Employment & Pensions practice group during, after her studies, and during her legal clerkship. Other stages of her legal clerkship included working for the German Embassy in Luxembourg and a boutique specialized in labour law.

Karin is currently studying for a Master's degree in "Labour Law" at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster.
