Jim Margry is a partner in the Employment, Pensions and Incentives team in Amsterdam.
Jim has broad experience in employment law, including advising (multinational) clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience with post-takeover restructuring and related employee codetermination procedures.
Jim also advises clients on (collective) dismissals, directors and top tier management, setting up (management) participation schemes, incentives and other forms of remuneration.
Jim Margry stands out for his practical and useful approach to employment matters. His advice and proposed solutions are tailored to the client’s business in a way that makes it easy to implement and explain. He is proactive and very responsive when help is needed.
