Jim Margry is a partner in the Employment, Pensions and Incentives team in Amsterdam.

Jim has broad experience in employment law, including advising (multinational) clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience with post-takeover restructuring and related employee codetermination procedures.

Jim also advises clients on (collective) dismissals, directors and top tier management, setting up (management) participation schemes, incentives and other forms of remuneration.

Furthermore, Jim has extensive experience as a sports lawyer. He advises sports agents, professional football players and other professional athletes on employment law, transfer-related and regulatory matters.
