Sjoerd is a highly versatile Lawyer and Tax Advisor at Osborne Clarke with a strong M&A track record. Sjoerd advices on a wide variety of tax matters ranging from tax disputes and structuring to negotiating the tax aspects of cross-border M&A, (structured) finance and real estate transactions. 

Sjoerd has worked with a wide variety of clients due to his versatile experience. Amongst his clients are private equity funds, start-ups, financial institutions, and managers.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Sjoerd was an associate at Benelux law firm AKD. 

Sjoerd is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
