Osborne Clarke has advised Green Create W2V on their sale of the entire share capital of Bio Energie Holwerd B.V.

Green Create produces biogas and renewable energy from agricultural and industrial waste. It provides a greener future by reducing global carbon emissions.

“The acquisition complements our unique refuelling position in the UK by providing increased optionality in our upstream sourcing. Our focus remains on long-term offtake agreements with largescale producers, but selective investments like this one strengthen our sourcing position and provide additional insights across the value chain,” said Jasper Nillesen, Executive Director of ReFuels and CEO of RTFS.
