Osborne Clarke Netherlands advised 90North and its shareholders on the sale of Bauhaus ArtITech, a digital transformation consultancy and project management firm, on its sale to Building Beyond Technology Group, an AI-First powerhouse delivering mission-critical IT solutions on leading cloud platforms.
Joining the Building Beyond Technology Group enables Bauhaus ArtITech to implement its method on a larger scale, supported by deeper technological expertise and a more extensive service portfolio.
