Nick is an associate in the Amsterdam Corporate M&A team, advising clients in M&A transactions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments and general corporate law.
He is committed to supporting both national and international clients on a wide range of legal corporate matters while recognizing the key topics and concerns relating to their businesses. Nick advises on strategic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, venture capital investment rounds and corporate law matters.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2020, he completed his Masters degree in Corporate Law at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and additionally he worked at an international law firm.
