Osborne Clarke advises Air Street Capital on seed investment in Interloom’s enterprise AI memory platform
Published on 28th April 2026
Osborne Clarke has advised Air Street Capital, a venture capital firm investing in AI-first companies, on its participation as existing investor in Interloom’s USD 16.5 million seed financing round. The round was led by DN Capital, with participation from Bek Ventures alongside Air Street Capital.
Interloom is building an enterprise operations platform that captures expert operational knowledge and transforms it into a persistent memory layer for AI agents. By structuring how complex cases are actually resolved across systems and teams, Interloom enables organisations to embed real-world institutional knowledge into AI-driven workflows and automation. The company’s platform is used by enterprises including Zurich Insurance, JLL and Fiege, where it processes millions of operational cases.
Through the seed financing, Interloom intends to further develop its technology and accelerate the deployment of its enterprise memory platform with customers in Germany and internationally. The funding will support product development, expansion of the customer base and scaling of go‑to‑market activities in a market where demand for AI-native enterprise solutions continues to grow.
“Interloom is a strong example of the kind of AI‑first company we like to back – a team building deep technology that solves a real, painful problem for large organisations. Institutional knowledge and context are critical for making AI useful in complex enterprise environments. Osborne Clarke’s venture capital and deep tech expertise, particularly in Germany, was very valuable to us in executing this round efficiently and with a clear view on what matters in early‑stage AI deals”, says Paula Pastor Castaño, Air Street Capital.
Robin Eyben, Partner at Osborne Clarke, adds: “AI‑native businesses like Interloom are reshaping how companies run their operations and capture value from data. Germany has a vibrant ecosystem of enterprise software and industrial technology companies, and investors with deep AI experience such as Air Street Capital play a key role in scaling the next wave of AI platforms serving this market. Our work on this financing underlines Osborne Clarke’s strong position in advising leading investors on complex venture capital transactions in AI and deep tech.”
