Giovanni Alexandrov primarily advises national and international start-ups, companies, funds and investors on venture capital and M&A transactions and other corporate matters with a focus on equity and mezzanine financing rounds. In particular, Giovanni represents start-ups in all phases of their development - from the founding of a company to an exit. His focus is on the Life Sciences & Healthcare and Tech, Media & Comms sectors.

During his law studies and legal clerkship in Berlin, Giovanni worked for law firms specialising in venture capital and private equity.
