Osborne Clarke advises Trustmoore on strategic partnership with IK Partners

Osborne Clarke’s Corporate team in the Netherlands has advised Trustmoore, an international fund and corporate services provider, on its strategic partnership with private equity firm IK Partners.
Pending regulatory approval, this partnership supports Trustmoore’s next phase of growth and enables the business to further strengthen its organisation through a focused and responsible buy-and-build strategy, while continuing to invest in the quality, reliability and personal nature of its services.
