Enno Dreier

Enno Dreier advises founders, investors and entrepreneurs on venture capital, M&A and private equity transactions in the small and mid-cap sector.

His focus is on corporate law advice to start-ups as well as national and international investors, whom he has advised on numerous transactions - from formation to early-stage financing to exit.

In addition, Enno regularly advises national and international investors, entrepreneurs and companies on M&A transactions, in particular in the context of asset deals and insolvency-related situations (distressed M&A).

Enno qualified as a lawyer in 2015. Before joining Oborne Clarke in 2018, he worked as a lawyer in a nationwide law firm specialising in insolvency administration. In 2018, he passed the theoretical examination for the specialist lawyer for insolvency law.

Enno studied law in Hamburg and worked during his legal traineeship at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Guangzhou (Canton/China), among other places.
