Osborne Clarke has advised Addtech Nordic AB on the acquisition of systerra computer GmbH.

Addtech is a technical solutions group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with approximately 3,000 employees in around 140 subsidiaries. The group has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 11 billion (over EUR 1 billion).

Systerra develops, adapts and delivers products within embedded computer systems and network solutions. The company focuses mainly on OEM customers in the industrial automation, medical technology, transport, aerospace and defence sectors. With Systerra, Addtech intends to further expand its current activities in the field of automation and strengthen its position in the German market.

The Osborne Clarke team, led by Dr Martin Sundermann (Corporate), consisted of Susanne Kühlthau, Lorenz Chwaszcza, Enno Dreier, Johanna Baumann (all Corporate), Florian Merkle, Jan-Niklas Buttermann (both Tax), Dr Thomas Leister, André Braig, Anna Viere (all Employment), Dr Thomas Grünvogel and Dr Birgit Schmeyer (both Commercial).
