Anne-Laure Laroussinie
Anne-Laure is a partner in the Corporate/M&A team and has been advising on mergers and acquisitions for nearly 15 years.
A specialist in mid-market M&A transactions, she has developed expertise across all types of share and asset acquisitions and disposals, both French and international, whether domestic, cross-border or multi-jurisdictional deals.
She regularly leads and coordinates large, multidisciplinary and international deal teams, successfully reconciling different cultures, practices and areas of specialism, while consistently keeping her clients’ interests and commercial objectives at the forefront.
Anne-Laure acts in particular in the transport, aviation, retail and digital sectors.
Her rigorous management of matters, combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach, enhances her strong technical legal expertise and her ability to de-risk and streamline complex transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Anne-Laure holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from Université Paris XI, completed in partnership with the Université de Montréal and EDHEC Business School. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2016, she spent five years in the M&A team of Baker & McKenzie in Paris.
