Emilie is an associate of the Corporate/M&A team. She specializes in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.


Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, Emilie has done several internships within the corporate/M&A department of both French and international law firms. 


She has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
