Vincent is an associate of the Corporate/M&A team. He specializes in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Vincent focuses especially on mergers and acquisitions, as well as intra-group reorganizations involving both French and international clients.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2020, Vincent completed several internships in the corporate department of major French and international law firms.

Vincent holds a Master’s degree in corporate law (Université Catholique de Lille) and also graduated from EDHEC Business School (Diploma “Grande Ecole”, in 2018).

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
