Angelo advises on European Union and national competition law. He has gained significant experience, in particular, in cartel, abuse of dominance, merger control and State aids issues.
He represents companies, active in several economic sectors, in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Antitrust Authority, as well as administrative and civil courts.
He has significant experience in designing and implementing antitrust compliance programmes, performing competition law audits and conducting training activities on competition law.
Angelo has also extensive experience in the field of unfair commercial practices and misleading advertising.
Angelo graduated from the University of Rome – La Sapienza in 2002 and qualified in 2005.
