Angelo has almost 20 years' full-time expertise in the field of consumer law, advertising and competition law.

He is the Head of Retail & Consumer in Italy and has extensive experience in the field of competition law, consumer law and unfair commercial practices. His expertise also focuses on business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain.

Angelo represents companies in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Antitrust Authority, as well as administrative and civil courts.

He has significant experience in designing and implementing compliance programmes, performing audits and conducting training activities.

In particular, he advises a wide range of clients operating in the retail and consumer goods industry such as consumer goods manufacturers, fashion companies, luggage manufacturer and retailer, and largest supermarket chain.

Advised the client in proceedings by the Italian Antitrust Authority with reference to the sale of products - masks, test kits, etc. - for the prevention of contagion from Covid-19, as well as for alleged infringements of consumer rights.
