AMPYR Solar Europe
Advised on the acquisition of SolarEnergyWorks, a Netherlands-based solar business with a pipeline of 100 MWp of ready-to-build and 650 MWp under development assets.
Advised Foresight on a joint venture investment with 85 Degrees Renewable Ltd into geothermal energy in the Netherlands.
Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure
Advised Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure on the acquisition of a portfolio of operational, run-of-river hydroelectric power generation assets in Scotland with a total installed capacity of 4.1 MW.
Advised Bluefield Partners on the acquisition of an 80MW portfolio of two DNO-connected development stage battery storage projects.
Advised Foresight on its acquisition of the 50MW Blackpark energy storage project in Scotland from and renewables group Intelligent Land Investments.
Advised Acinque Tecnologie on its temporary joint venture formed with A2A Illuminazione Pubblica.
Advised Foresight Energy Infrastructure Partners on its investment in a pumped storage hydro and Wind project in Scotland.
Advised Gresham House on its acquisition of two fully-permitted solar and battery energy storage projects in the UK from Canadian Solar and on its acquisition of a 50MW solar farm from Anesco as part of a £100m partnership.

Advised re:cap global investors AG and its RE Infrastructure Opportunities fund on the acquisition of a photovoltaic portfolio from Vattenfall AG
Advised ENCAVIS AG on the acquisition of the remaining shares of 15% in its solar park portfolios in France that were still owned by a historical partner.
A bidding consortium
Advised a bidding consortium on its bid for a ScotWind offshore wind project, including reviewing the lease and development agreements, and negotiating the joint venture, shareholder and intra-group funding agreements for the bidding consortium.
