Dr Marleen Rheker
Dr Marleen Rheker advises clients on energy law matters.
She has a special focus on renewable energy projects and commercial contracts in relation to renewable asset management.
Marleen studied law in Cologne and Madrid. Afterwards she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Energy Law at the University of Cologne and earned her PhD on questions regarding the Renewable Energies Act levy. She completed her legal clerkship in Cologne with postings at the German Embassy in Lima and an international law firm in Düsseldorf. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2018.
