Osborne Clarke advises AMPYR Solar Europe, a leading pan-European solar developer and independent power producer (IPP), on the acquisition of SolarEnergyWorks. SolarEnergyWorks is a Netherlands-based solar business, including a highly experienced team of professionals and a substantial asset pipeline of 100 MWp of ready-to-build and 650 MWp under development assets. This acquisition further strengthens the growth of ASE in the Dutch solar market, moving the company one step closer to becoming a leading IPP in Europe.
