Dr Jule Martin advises energy supply companies, energy-intensive industries, project developers as well as banks and investors on a full range of issues concerning the regulation of the energy industry and contractual matters in the field of renewable energies as well as conventional energies.

Her focus is on energy regulation law and contract law. She advises clients on issues relating to grid regulation matters as well as on issues relating to decentralized energy supply projects, also with the involvement of new technologies such as storage and e-mobility. She also advises on energy regulatory matter in the context of transactions and projects. In the field of contract law, she particularly advises on drafting Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and energy trading matters, including issues relating to European energy market regulation. 

Jule work also includes the representation of her clients before German and European courts and authorities. She also has many years of experience in advising the public sector.
