Osborne Clarke advises Foresight Group and KIS KB German Wind Energy Fund on the sale of two onshore wind farms

Osborne Clarke has advised Foresight Group and KIS KB German Wind Energy Fund on the sale of two onshore wind farms in Germany with a total installed capacity of 51 MW to Enel Green Power Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Enel Green Power S.p.A. The target consisted of the approx. 45 MW Krackow windfarm located in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, comprising 15 wind turbine generators (WTGs), commissioned in 2015 and the approx. 5 MW Seubersdorf windfarm located in the federal state of Bavaria, comprising 2 WTGs, commissioned in 2014.
Foresight Group is a leading investor known for investing in sustainable infrastructure projects with focus on renewable energies and environmental infrastructure projects. KIS KB German Wind Energy Fund is a Korean special fund that invests in German wind energy projects.
Enel Green Power is part of the Italian Enel Group. The Enel Group is one of the world's leading developers and operators of renewable energy generation facilities and has an extensive project pipeline. Enel is active in numerous markets in Europe, North and South America, Africa, and Asia.
