Alexandra Abeln advises on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector as well as on the planning and construction of renewable energy projects at both national and international level.

She specialises in the field of energy M&A. In this context, Alexandra advises investors, project developers, operators and family offices on the acquisition and sale of shareholdings and project development companies in the renewable energy sector. A particular focus of her work lies in drafting and negotiating share purchase and option agreements, as well as in preparing and coordinating all ancillary transaction documents.

In this context, Alexandra supports her clients in the legal structuring of projects and in contractually safeguarding their commercial objectives.

In addition, Alexandra advises on general corporate law issues. This includes, among other things, the ongoing legal support of companies (including shareholder and management measures).

After completing her legal traineeship (Referendariat), she joined Osborne Clarke’s Hamburg office in 2023.

Alexandra studied law in Münster, Lisbon and Berlin. She subsequently worked as a research associate in a mid-sized law firm in Berlin.
