International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management teams of Derivia Intelligence, Extel and Euromoney in connection with the divestment of the businesses from Delinian’s portfolio, in three separate transactions, to Triple Private Equity, a London-based specialist firm.

Derivia Intelligence is a leading provider of critical data and market intelligence for specialist financial markets. It uses AI and other machine learning technologies to source, transform, and deliver complex data and insights to capital market participants.

Extel is an independent platform for perception analytics and competitor benchmarking in capital markets. It enables financial institutions and investor relations teams to evaluate the quality of sell-side services, investor engagement, and C-suite performance.

Euromoney is a benchmarking and intelligence business for the banking industry. It validates institutional performance through certifications widely regarded as the sector’s most prestigious endorsements.

Triple Private Equity is a leading buy-out focused private equity firm, specialising in B2B software and data across financial infrastructure and governance, risk and compliance.

It's been a privilege to support three fantastic leaders, Guy Cooper, Guy Dunn, and David Enticknap and their teams on the next step for their respective businesses, and on behalf of team OC, I wish them all the best in their new partnership with Triple.
