Robert is an Associate Director in our Corporate team, specialising in emerging companies and venture capital transactions. He advises investors, founders and management teams on funding rounds, exits and other strategic corporate transactions, working with clients at every stage of their growth journey.

Robert also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, including private equity transactions such as buy-outs and buy-and-build projects. 

Robert works primarily within the tech sector, helping clients navigate complex deals with a commercially focused approach.
