International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised INDUS Holding AG on its acquisition of m + p international Mess- und Rechnertechnik GmbH. Indus acquires 76 per cent of the shares of the associated company. The transaction is subject to approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.

Based in Bergisch Gladbach, the German associated company Indus Holding Aktiengesellschaft is the leading specialist for sustainable participation and development in the German-speaking market. The group consists of Indus Holding AG as the leading company as well as individual portfolio companies.
