Osborne Clarke advises Cathay Innovation on MEDWING’s 28 million financing round

Osborne Clarke advised the international VC Cathay Innovation on MEDWING’s Series B financing round of 28 million Euro, which was led by Cathay Innovation. Other top-tier investors besides Cathay Innovation are Cherry Ventures, Northzone and Atlantic Labs.

Cathay Innovation is a global venture capital fund, created in affiliation with Cathay Capital Private Equity, the leading cross-border private-equity firm in the small and middle-market. It was founded around the shared conviction that supporting digital entrepreneurs by providing them with a platform bridging three continents North America, Europe and China constitutes a particularly powerful value-creation strategy.

MEDWING is a fast-growing healthcare startup seated in Berlin and was founded by an experienced team of entrepreneurs in 2017. MEDWING engages in the provision of staffing and recruiting services for the healthcare industry and currently has about 200+ employees.
