Osborne Clarke advises AerFin's management team on sale to ORIX Aviation

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the senior management team of AerFin, a leading aviation services business, on the proposed sale, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, of AerFin to ORIX Aviation, a global aircraft leasing, asset management and investment platform. 

This transaction demonstrates Osborne Clarke's strength in private equity transactions and complex international M&A, and in particular highlights the expertise of our specialist Management Advisory Group in protecting the interests of the senior team both on the transaction itself, and in respect of their continuing role in the business.  

AerFin buys, sells, leases and repairs aircraft, engines and parts, and is a trusted partner in the global aviation aftermarket. Its flexible services – from trading and inventory solutions to leasing and repairs – help airlines, lessors and maintenance providers manage their fleets more effectively. 

Working with the management team of AerFin on such a significant transaction, both for the business and the team personally, has been a privilege.
