John is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.

He deals with a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investment, corporate restructuring and advising on general corporate issues.

He has acted on a number of acquisitions in respect of private companies and has broad experience working with venture capital funding, especially acting for companies in the Tech, Media and Comms sector.

John qualified in March 2015, having completed his training contract with Osborne Clarke.
