Osborne Clarke advises Triver on £8m Series B funding round

Published on 3 September 2026

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Triver, a London‑based fintech firm, on its £8m Series B equity funding round led by Calderwood Capital.

This transaction highlights Osborne Clarke's strength in advising high‑growth fintech businesses on significant venture capital financings and underscores the firm's experience in supporting data‑driven business models, helping innovative clients access the growth capital they need to scale.

The £8m Series B round brings Triver’s total VC investment to £30m and will support further product development and embedded finance integrations with partners such as Tide Bank, enabling Triver’s technology to provide funding to SME users at the point of need.

Osborne Clarke's advice on this round follows its advice on Triver's 2023 seed round and 2025 Series A round

We were delighted to support Triver on another successful funding round, having worked closely with the business for several years now. Triver’s revolutionary AI and Open Banking-driven model allows SME businesses to unlock cashflow, which is a great example of how innovation can create real impact across the economy. Supporting ambitious companies like Triver to secure funding is at the heart of what we do at Osborne Clarke, and we look forward to seeing their continued growth.
