Alexandra Nautsch advises on all corporate and M&A related matters, especially from the Tech, Media and Comms, Life Sciences and Energy sector.
She focuses on start-ups as well as transactions, joint ventures and reorganisations. Further, she advises clients on all business operational and strategic development issues. In addition, she advises on all matters of corporate housekeeping.
Alexandra has advised clients from different sectors on acquisitions and reorganisations. Further, she advises clients on all ongoing matters related to their daily business.
Alexandra studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the Bilgi University in Istanbul. She already worked at our office in Hamburg as a legal trainee. Prior to her legal traineeship, she already worked for two years as a paralegal in an international business law firm in Hamburg.
In 2016, Alexandra started as a lawyer in the Hamburg office of Osborne Clarke.
