Osborne Clarke has advised European tech investor Tenzing on the acquisition of INCREASE YOUR SKILLS GmbH (IYS), a fast-growing cybersecurity training company, by its portfolio company MetaCompliance.
MetaCompliance, Europe's leading cyber security training company and a portfolio company of private equity investor Tenzing, is significantly expanding its DACH portfolio with the acquisition of Leipzig-based IT training provider IYS. The company aims to consolidate its position as the largest cybersecurity awareness platform in Europe.
IYS is a key player in the German IT security landscape and offers a range of expert solutions for the public sector as well as AI-powered phishing simulation technology.
