Sebastian advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour and employment law.
His expertise includes, inter alia, the restructuring of companies, drafting of employment and management contracts, the negotiation and drafting of termination agreements and dismissals, settlement agreements and co-determination issues.
Sebastian completed his law studies in Hamburg with a focus on labour and social law. He obtained his Ph.D. from Hamburg University. During his legal traineeship in Hamburg, he already worked for other major law firms. He was admitted to the bar in 2021.
