Laura Minwegen advises national and international companies on all legal aspects relating to IT, AI, data privacy, and consumer protection law.

Her focus is, among other things, on pragmatic advice relating to the implementation of necessary compliance measures, such as international data transfers and data protection impact assessments, as well as EU AI Act requirements. She also has in-depth knowledge of the transformation and digitization of business processes and has advised and coordinated international data protection compliance projects as well as compliance projects in the field of cybersecurity law (NIS2 Directive, CER Directive, Cyber Resilience Act) for companies of various sizes. She also provides advice on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts, including Software as a Service (SaaS) and platform contracts.”
