Osborne Clarke Belgium strengthens Data practice with appointment of Peter Craddock

Osborne Clarke's Belgian office is expanding its IP, IT and Data team with the arrival of partner Peter Craddock, who joins the firm together with associate Sara Ataei.

Peter brings with him extensive experience advising global companies on data protection, AI governance and digital innovation. 

A widely recognised Data and AI expert and thought leader, Peter's practice spans complex data-intensive operations, contentious GDPR and EU Digital Regulation work, AI governance and novel user identification techniques, as well as the development of innovative compliance tools which helps organisations better understand their data protection financial exposure.

Peter will join the IP, IT and Data department alongside partners Laurens Dauwe and Valentin de le Court, underscoring Osborne Clarke's reputation as a leading technology and data practice, built on its deep sector expertise, internationally integrated platform and market recognition.

Peter joins the team together with Sara Ataei, further reinforcing the expertise and capacity of the team. Sara is an associate and advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to digital media and privacy across the EU and globally.
