Sara Ataei

Sara is an experienced data and technology lawyer advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to digital media and privacy across the European Union and globally. 

Sara guides clients on data protection, cybersecurity, online advertising, data governance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. She advises clients on complex data protection, cybersecurity and AI governance matters, including strategic compliance challenges, data protection litigation and contentious data protection issues.

Her understanding of complex regulatory frameworks and the technological challenges business face, allow her to provide practical, business-oriented support to clients. Sara has worked at several international law firms and was previously a researcher affiliated with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
