Romeo Szejnmann advises German and international project developers and investors on private construction and real estate law, including civil litigation.

Romeo has a wide experience in advising clients on all aspects of complex real estate project developments. He advises on project developments in the energy sector with a focus on renewable energies, commercial real estate and infrastructure projects. In this context, with a particular focus and many years of experience in the comprehensive advice of international clients in the development of hyperscale data centers.

In this context, Romeo is specialised in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of national and international construction and design contracts.

As a member of the Energy & Utilities and The Built Environment sectors, Romeo enthusiastically works with clients on transformational matters in the energy and construction industries.

Romeo studied law at the University of Hamburg and the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2015, Romeo worked in his legal traineeship among others at a leading law firm in Cape Town, South Africa.
